It Technical Support Officer (Unified Communications)

The atmosphere on campus is friendly and relaxed and offers fantastic facilities for staff to use.  The role supports the recently combined Unified Communications area of the University; including: Microsoft Teams Telephony, Annual Clearing & Accommodation Call Centre, Microsoft Teams for Staff, and Microsoft Email & Groupware. The University is currently migrating from Cisco Telephony to Microsoft Teams voice, is removing on-premise Exchange servers and removing on-premise email routing as part of our consolidated single Unified Communications platform.
