Fixed term for 2 years, 37 hours per week
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join Computing and Library Services First Line IT Support Team to assist with delivering a wide range of IT and AV Support Services throughout the University.
With 2 A-levels or equivalent qualifications, you will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of common computer applications, current PC operating systems and a wide range of IT/AV hardware, including the ability to provide advice and support on these products. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with customers, handling enquiries, and supporting events in a pressurised service environment.
