Italian Speaking Associate Account/Destination Manager

Our client is an international business specialising in Leisure and Hospitality and seeking an experienced Italian Speaking Associate Account Manager.

This is a 12-month maternity cover, hybrid, temporary position working 2-3 days per week from the London based offices and the remaining week from home, 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and paying £24.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and grow relationships with tour, activity, and attraction suppliers in assigned destination/s.
• Proactively reach out to suppliers and provide recommendations to improve product quality.
• Retain supply, secure inventory, and develop new products to meet traveler demand; increase destination conversion.
• Identify opportunities to improve product terms; grow destination value
• Research assigned destinations, identify new suppliers, drive outreach, and onboard target suppliers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers to help resolve issues and answer questions.
• Audit, and edit as needed, destinations and points of interest within assigned territory to serve traveler needs and interests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders

Required Skills And Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related business development/account management experience
• Account management experience, preferably within the travel and tourism sector
• Fluent in Italian and English as the position will be covering part of the Italian markets
