Newport City Council is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Destination Development Manager based within the Regeneration and Economic Development service area. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead the development and promotion of Newport as an excellent destination for visitors, major events and investment. You will lead a team responsible for developing and delivering a new Destination Management and Marketing Plan as well as representing the Council in relevant forums, accessing grant funding, and playing a key role in the planning and delivery of an exciting and varied events programme across the City.
