I am thrilled to support an outstanding business to recruit a HRIS Project Manager on a fixed term basis for 9 months. This role will take the helm of the HRIS integration, from cradle to grave, utilising the HR team already in place as a systems project team and driving it forward. The business will be looking to implement the full suite including HCM, LMS, Reporting, Payroll etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Project manage the implementation of iTrent MHR across multiple modules including HCM, Reporting, LMS and Payroll.
- Take the helm in the day-to-day technical and operational facets of relocating system data from the existing provider, over to iTrent MHR.
- Collaborate hand in hand with Supplier teams to execute intricate system processes, from imports/bulk updates to crafting new fields/tables/pay elements, uploading absence data, configuring terms and conditions system parameters, managing backend databases, and overseeing security group dynamics.
- Scrutinize tailored data, offering technical insights and counsel to Supplier Project teams.
- Oversee the intricate landscape of system testing scripts/scenarios and orchestrate User Acceptance Testing.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Supplier Project teams to ensure the expeditious and seamless rollout of the system, harmonizing efforts with overarching project objectives.
- Forge close alliances with internal stakeholders, spanning the existing system supplier, external third-party collaborators, and internal departments like ICT and Finance, to grasp end-user requirements and provide refined recommendations for a streamlined and efficient project delivery process.
- Steer the HRMIS implementation project, overseeing planning, execution, delivery, change management, third-party supplier coordination, and comprehensive reporting liaison with internal departments.
- Assume the mantle of Project Lead/Super User, catalysing change and advocating for system enhancements to optimize processes, ensuring functionality aligns with expectations.
- Oversee the intricate landscape of reporting and analytics requirements, guaranteeing the precision and accessibility of data.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to craft bespoke dashboards and reports.
- Spearhead the shift towards automating and refining data practices, aligning with the businesses stipulated requirements.
- Discern opportunities for enhancement, aimed at elevating the end-user experience and streamlining administrative processes.
The role offers a competitive pay of up to £65,000 p.a. + benefits on a 9 months fixed term contract.
