Jnr / Graduate Qa Engineer - Security Software House

Role -  Junior QA Engineer aka Graduate QA Engineer, Jnr QA Engineer, Jnr Test Analyst, QA Analyst

Location - London - West End (1 - 2 days in the office the rest home)

Salary - c. 30K - Pension (6% contribution) , Health, 25 days rising on service etc

The Role

• Become an expert in their product 
• Work with developers and tester writing effective and efficient tests
• Work on formally scripted and exploratory testing
• Participate in peer reviews / sprint planning

You

• STEM degree or relevant experience 
• Interest in developing a career in IT / Software Development
• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience of Project Management, Test Management or defect tracking software e.g. Jira, Trello, clickup, Assana etc etc

Nice to have's

• Commercial software testing experience
• Testing certification
• Linux (Ubuntu / Debian)
• Networking

Given the nature of the security sensitive nature of this clients project you are likely to have to go through SC Clearence while there. We would require people to have lived in the UK for the past 5 years and not left the country for more than 90 days in any 12 month period. You would also need to be a UK, EU or Commonwealth with unrestricted access to work in the UK.
