An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Job Evaluation Advisor within NHS Wales Employers.
Working for the Wales Job Evaluation Lead you with support the work of the Wales Job Evaluation Unit linking with all Wales NHS organisations and UK JEG.
Knowledge of Job Evaluation is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The post holder will work autonomously managing their own workload effectively to undertake all relevant duties to support the NHS Wales Job Evaluation (JE) unit
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring full engagement and partnership working with staff side representatives.
Maintain the Computer Aided Job Evaluation system (CAJE) and maintain all JE and relevant spreadsheets and job descriptions.
The postholder will be expected to provide training on all aspects of Job Evaluation to new and current matchers and evaluators.
