I am actively recruiting for a well-established, successful Architectural Practice who are keen to continue their growth by adding a talented Job Runner to their friendly team of 50 people. You will be joining this thriving practice in North Yorkshire, working on a mixed bag of interesting and significant projects from commercial, to retail to large housing developments.

The successful candidate will have extensive post qualification experience, strong knowledge of Revit and BIM methodologies and proven track record running jobs across all RIBA stages.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Job Runner:

• ARB Registered or CIAT accredited.
• Extensive post qualification experience as an Architect or Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist
• Proven track record of working at a senior level within a team
• Preferably you will have an understanding of Revit / BIM methodologies
• Uphold a high standard of work whilst managing a high level of work
• Excellent communication abilities
• Substantial experience running jobs across all RIBA stages
• Driven and enthusiastic approach to work and CPD
• Dedicated to promoting and continuing company growth
• Working on projects from conception to completion
