What You'll Need:
- Enhanced DBS: An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
- EWC Registration: Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) to demonstrate your commitment to professional standards in education.
- Experience: Prior experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs is essential. Your understanding and empathy make you a vital asset to Our Team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience & Positivity: A patient and positive attitude, ready to tackle challenges and celebrate successes with equal enthusiasm.
