ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing, processing supplier invoices and issues for authorisation / approval.
Performing supplier reconciliations.
Liaising with other departments and key point of contact with the supplier to resolve queries.
Preparing customer invoices for review.
Working as part of the wider finance team, providing cover for other roles and other general office duties.
Any other ad hoc tasks and / or projects when required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Excellent Attention to detail
Excellent IT skills including - Microsoft Outlook, Windows & Excel
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to multitask
Experience using Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage.
A salary review is guaranteed after probation is passed.
