?? This is a superb opportunity to join one of our clients, who are a leading Chartered Insurance Broker for the church, charity, not-for-profit and care sector. Their clients are primarily charities, not-for-profit groups, churches, community groups and other voluntary organisations with 'social goals’.

?????Reports to: Accounts Supervisor

?? Salry: £23,303 to £25,000

?? Location: South Croydon

?? Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

�? Purpose of the role:

To provide support to the Accounts Supervisor in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

?? Main tasks:

• Performing the day-to-day processing of purchase ledger & sales ledger for the client account.
• Taking calls on the Payment line for card payments.
• Cheques to be banked daily.
• Receipting monies into client account
• Chasing aged debt.
• Ensuring the client database is kept up to date and accurate.
• Assisting with Loan renewals on Premium Finance
• Ad-hoc support to the Accounts Supervisor.

�? Skills required:

• Minimum of Level 2 AAT qualified (or working towards).
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
• Analytical and problem solving.
• Good team player.
• Methodical approach to work.
• Good Excel Skills.

�? Key Performance Indicators

• Maintain control of aged debt.
• Efficient and accurate logging of sales invoices.
• Efficient and accurate logging of purchase invoices.
