Job Title: Data Analyst
Reporting to: IT Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Location: Swindon Head Office (minimum 3 days on-site per week)

Job Summary
The Data Analyst role focuses on managing the OutsideClinic data warehousing solution. The position involves gathering requirements, analysing large datasets, developing reports, and providing data extracts to stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence for a minimum of 3 days per week at the Swindon Head Office.
Principle Accountabilities
- Gathering business and technology requirements for data warehouse enhancements.
- Develop expertise on the data warehouse toolset in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop reports and visualizations for presenting meaningful data.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address data quality issues.
- Assist with data preparation and cleaning.
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools.
- Provide data administration and analysis support for data warehouse and other projects.
- Strong focus on customer collaboration and results.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Strong SQL experience.
- Translating business requirements into SQL code.
- Advanced Excel knowledge – proficient with pivots and complex data manipulation.
- Strong MS 365 skills.
- Experience in setting up and/or managing a data warehouse and/or companywide reporting solution.
- Power BI experience is desirable; Snowflake experience is beneficial.
