Finance Assistant duties:
- Supporting the Accounts team with everyday accounts admin
- Processing incoming payments
- Handling customer queries and taking payments from customers over the telephone
- Processing and administering monthly payments
- Data entry, scanning and filing of accounts documents
Skills and experience:
- Ideally have some experience of working in an Accounts / Finance team
- Data entry and admin skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
