THE ROLE:

Your primary focus will be on developing engaging and responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while also leveraging your .NET C# skills to contribute to our back-end services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and .NET.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications on Azure.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

ABOUT YOU

  • HND in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and .NET.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing concepts.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Basic understanding of .NET development (C#) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
  • Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of version control tools, such as Git.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED, NOT ESSENTIAL)

  • Ideally, you have experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
