- To ensure you always maximise your learning ability and take advice from all managers and stylists.
- Attend all training offered to you to benefit your development.
- To become confident in dealing with clients and develop the skills of communication, having a positive friendly attitude at all times.
- Ensure you complete all units to your full potential.
- Understand the importance to follow the company standards and procedures to become a valued member of the team.
- Understand the importance of your appearance and image, so you reflect the professionalism of the company.
- Ensure you follow all Health & Safety procedures and policies within the salon.
- Ensure all targets relating to training that are set by your tutor are achieved.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From £6.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
