The role is 6 month fixed term contract working 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £34,235 per annum and will be based from home, with a hybrid working arrangement. We are happy to accept a flexible working pattern 1 day in the office a fortnight
The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a full part to further the organisational aims and provide strong Christian leadership to the stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Head of HR Operations in projecting lead the HR Plan for 2024.
- Employee Relations investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
- HR Policy and Procedure document reviews
- Drive the ED&I calendar activities and staff networks
