The Company
A local financial services provider are looking to bring on a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. They provide bespoke financial solutions to residents across the UK, focusing mostly around mortgages and day-to-day banking solutions. They are owned by the members who use them, meaning they have a family orientated team where their members are the priority. They have branches across the east midlands and are based in the heart of Nottinghamshire.
The Role
They are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer, who comes with experience similar to a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team with the aim of developing their skills into a strong Infrastructure Engineer. You'll be joining the projects team which will give you the opportunity to try your hand at and learn a wide range of technologies, from virtualization with VMware to building servers through Windows. The type of projects you'll be involved in cover areas such as Cloud Telephony, MPLS Network Migrations and Windows Deployments. The role is hybrid position where the successful candidate will be required onsite in Nottinghamshire 2/3 days per week.
