Junior Marketing Assistant

The Employer is: INCISIV LTD. We are seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team at INCISIV, a VR sports tech company based in Ormeau Baths, Belfast. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, support the planning and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, and conduct quality assurance of some of our virtual reality products. You'll work closely with the Business Development Lead to grow our online presence, deal with customer feedback and assist in the day-to-day running of the business. GCSE and A-Level qualifications.

Strong passion for social media and a solid understanding of various platforms.

Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.

Strong attention to detail and organisation.

Interest in the virtual reality/gaming industry and/or sport in general.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Good video editing skills (e.g. proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software for editing marketing videos and creating engaging multimedia content).

Good graphic design skills (e.g. proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar software for creating visually appealing graphics, images, and marketing materials).

Previous experience creating social media content (including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers).
