We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Junior Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Junior Marketing Executive will be based in our Wokingham office and support the marketing team, working across a variety of marketing initiatives and activities that will generate new business and raise brand awareness.
The position would suit a graduate (or equivalent) in a marketing / business related field and would report to the Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will support the marketing team with the organisation and planning of various marketing projects and campaigns. You will gain experience across a wide variety of the marketing mix and have the opportunity to develop your skills and gradually take on more responsibility.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a can-do attitude, be happy working as part of a team, and have plenty of initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital: provide support on email marketing, social media, PPC and SEO
- Events: provide support on event planning, event admin and lead management
- Internal Communications: provide support on content development and content management
- Lead management: provide support on lead management
- Development of collateral (Online & Offline)
- Website content updates
- Data and CRM administration
- Reporting and Analytics
- Customer surveys/research
- Marketing sales support
Experience, Skills & Qualificaitions:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised and quick learner
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of email platforms and Web CMS systems, desirable
- Experience in a marketing role, desirable
- Experience using Adobe creative suite, desirable
- Experience using Hubspot, desirable
- Enjoys being part of a team but also works well under own initiative
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ideally degree educated (or professional marketing qualification) - marketing or business degree
