Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to strengthen the Victorian Plumbing brand and drive revenue growth.

• Oversee digital PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation management.
• Manage and execute the promotional calendar, ensuring seamless on-site communication.
• Craft and oversee a captivating social media strategy, aligning with broader marketing goals.
• Lead the development of the sports partnership strategy.
• Contribute to the multi-million pound media buying process by providing valuable insights and supporting media strategy development.
• Collaborate with specialists across diverse marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, CRM, and Data.
• Play a key role in onboarding and development of junior team members.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A creative and strategic problem-solver with a proven track record of success in a digital marketing environment.
• Experience working within a leading marketing team is essential.
• Strong understanding and experience with SEO, digital PR, social media, and other relevant marketing channels are required.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills are necessary.
