Role Overview
Providing support to all the professional departments within the Cambridge office as well as carrying out general office administration and reception duties in a busy well-renowned multidisciplinary company.
Key Responsibilities
Providing reception/switchboard cover; printing, photocopying, laminating and binding of documents; serving and providing refreshments at meetings; restocking of stationery and other office supplies; collection, sorting, distribution and franking of postal items.
Key Skills
Clear and concise telephone manner; smart and polite; good organisational skills; flexible approach and ability to prioritise; driving licence.
Team Overview
Providing a non-professional support to all departments in a multi-disciplinary office when required, on both an ad hoc and regular basis.
