Responsibilities for the office co-ordinator
- Providing full reception support and welcoming clients in a professional manner
- Ensuring the office is well maintained and kept tidy
- Helping with keeping all the office equipment in check
- Control and manage the key register log book
- Helping coordinating company's events and experiences
- Providing day-to-day admin support
- Ensuring following the health and safety practices
