Form of work I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the North West who are looking for an interim to come and join the team on an interim basis.
The role:
- Dealing with Simple Landlord and Tennant work.
- Leases, Tenancy at will, and straightforward residential acquisitions.
- One day a week in the office.
- 6 month initial contract.
Requirements:
- Must have Local Authority experience in a Property team.
- Junior Lawyer/ Senior Paralegal or Legal Executives can successfully apply to this role.
