Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior RPA Developer/Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to learn and understand business processes based on client interactions, documentation, and videos, and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Additionally, proficiency in computer languages, formal qualification in Computer Sciences and good analytical skills are highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Creating RPA scripts using leading RPA development platforms like UiPath and Blue Prism, leveraging widely used native programming languages.
- Transforming business requirements into efficient Robotic Process Automation solutions.
- Evaluating and testing new, cutting-edge RPA technologies.
- Investigating and resolving defects in production processes.
- Conducting validation and rigorous testing of automation solutions.
Your Skill Set:
- A formal qualification in Computer Science is advantageous.
- Proficiency in one or more computer programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to grasp client processes effectively.
- A strong appetite for acquiring new knowledge and concepts.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills.
