A salary of £26,000 per year
Permanent position
Full time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 7.30am - 4pm

As we are passionate about developing our people from within, great training is provided, we do not look for experience, we need a good attitude and the willingness to learn.
Organise, plan, direct and lead the team in the delivery of all food services to the client
Ensure all team members are working in a clean, neat, tidy and pleasant manner.
To complete monthly stock takes and manage stock control
Set up and breakdown lunch service
Highlight any orders required for the section to the Senior Chefs
General production of breakfast, lunch and dinner
To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
Support the head chef to manage the day to day running of the kitchen, including managing wastage and paperwork
Deliver designated training to the team as and when required
Take ownership of the Daily Briefs' and to assist the Senior Kitchen Manager with any reasonable requests.
Follow recipes and prepare food for service
To share responsibility for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries to ensure that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the unit.
As a member of our team, you are equally responsible for cleaning and hygiene and that any assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out.
- A confident chef who can think on their feet and follow instructions clearly
- Relevant culinary experience, qualification is desirable
- A great passion for food and service
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
