Join Mathew Sherry, Chef de Cuisine in our fine dining, 4 AA Rosette Number One restaurant kitchen working alongside our talented chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce while developing and training their team.
Like our award-winning team, you should be passionate about modern cooking, being creative, and delivering world-class hospitality to our guests.
You will be a perfectionist, passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines. Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste, and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen — bringing a comparable experience in a luxury dining environment.
