The role is key in monitoring the health and performance of our execution platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and monitoring accounts at optimum levels, ensuring these never fall under the minimum.
- Responsible for monitoring the continued inflow of data from third parties and if this stops, escalating it in line with company procedures.
- Checking orders placed on third party websites
- Make sure all reconciliation is up to date
- Investigate causes of abnormal platform behaviour
- Perform regular health checks on the system
- Send out daily reports
- Map data from third parties to internal representatives
- Ensuring all data, which is mapped from third parties to internal representatives, is done in a correct and timely manner
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Passion about self learning and development
- Positive can do attitude
