Following some exciting growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Stock Controller to join our thriving team as a Junior Stock Controller.
As a Junior Stock Controller, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination of materials and components to support our mission. From managing inventory levels to optimizing stock flow, your role will be pivotal in maintaining an efficient and effective supply chain.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining an organised system for tracking and recording serial numbers of all equipment.
- Developing and improving the end-to-end logistics process along with leadership, logistics partners, suppliers and systems partners,
- Ensuring revenue is recognised across all EVSE assets acquired from cradle to grave,
- Monitoring inventory levels and initiate purchase orders or stock reorder requests to ensure that supplies are replenished in a timely manner. This will require coordination with suppliers, considering lead times and optimising stock levels to meet installation demands.
- Tracking project costs, working in conjunction with Finance and Operations
- Collaborating with installation teams, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination between stock availability and project timelines.

About you
- You’re a real people person, capable of building strong working relationships with internal and external customers and have excellent verbal and written communication.
- You thrive working on your own initiative, have excellent attention to detail and work well under pressure.
- You’re honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- You’re IT savvy and are comfortable using Microsoft programmes such as Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in stock control or a similar role is desirable but if not, full training will be provided.
