C4S Search are pleased to be working with a large manufacturing company.
THE JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:
- Collaborate as a supply chain function analyst with IT teams and internal departments to implement technology solutions meeting regional and global organization needs
- Offer help, advice, and troubleshooting for implemented systems to support day-to-day supply chain operations and other services
- Provide application support for non-SAP manufacturing applications
- Engage with business, IT, and third parties throughout planning, implementation, and support phases
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions aligning with business goals
- Proactively monitor system performance and stability, addressing issues as they arise
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
- Maintain detailed documentation of technology systems, processes, and configurations to aid troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
- Provide end-user training and support for effective adoption of new technologies and tools
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in supporting applications or holding a comparable position within the Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in problem-solving with the capability to convey technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving approach.
