Job Description

  • Support the design and implementation of Talent Management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's talent pool.
  • Assist in the management of talent development programmes.
  • Engage in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with HR team to align Talent Management with business objectives.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and career development discussions.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the Talent Management strategy.
  • Assist in maintaining an effective HR information system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Talent Management Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Talent Management within the financial services sector.
  • Strong and relevant experience of supporting and running internal succession planning processes within the last 3 years
  • Hands on experience of working with third party vendor contracts
  • Demonstrable experience of suppoting internal, global talent reviews
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Demonstrable experience of data and reporting on internal Talent Management priorities
  • Ability to design and implement talent development strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing a diverse talent pool.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
