SalaryOur client, a prestigious Law Firm, are looking to hire a Jr Team Assistant to join them on a full time, perm basis.
PLEASE NOTE: Law graduates will NOT be considered for this role. You MUST have a CILEX!
ROLE:Junior Team AssistantWHERE: Canary WharfWHEN: Monday - Friday / Shift patterns between 8am - 8pm / 1 day WFHSALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)DUTIES:
- Full administrative duties for team
- Client management - speaking and dealing with HNW clients
- PA duties for team - booking travel, managing diaries
- Assist team with expenses
- Answer phone calls and gatekeep, ensuring all clients receive a high quality of customer service
- Print, photocopy and scan documents
- File documents electronically or hard copies
- Assist with organisation of events and client meetings
- Make sure meeting rooms are prepped and ready according to company needs
- Assist with new business administration
- Work closely with Reprographics, Document Production and General Office to ensure documents are on schedule
WHAT'S NEEDED:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's - NO LAW DEGREE
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
