About our role: Are you a recent Finance Graduate looking to gain experience within the finance function or perhaps a junior administrator who enjoys the finance and accounting aspects and looking for a new and challenging opportunity within a busy & growing finance team.
Your focus: (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED) As Sales Ledger Administrator you will assist with the revenue creation and collection function for QA Higher Education customers.
Managing administrative tasks across the income department. Responding to external and internal communications via phone and email. Assisting with high volume of face-to-face interactions with customers.
Assisting in the collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.
Introduction to accountancy duties and assisting the banking team, posting payments / Month End tidy ups / reconciliation duties.
Advising and assisting customers with Student Finance England queries and some data analysis will be required also.
Bring your experience: You will have a methodical approach and be able to prioritise your workload as it changes. You will be a great communicator as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. Problem solving ability is a must alongside strong Excel skills.
