Are you an aspiring Architectural Technician or similar with experience using CAD, looking to join a fast growing and ambitious company who offer on the job training and progression opportunities all the way to Associate and Director?
This young and fast-growing company are an architectural practice who specialise in the design and delivery of extra care and later living accommodation. They have completed 23 major residential care projects since their establishment 10 years ago, and currently have a further 30 in the pipeline!
In this dynamic and varied role, you will be working closely with senior members of the company to design and create technical drawings for a diverse range of major projects. You will be developing your skills and building a strong portfolio of major projects, to eventually manage projects of your own, seeing them through from vision to reality.
This dynamic role would suit an aspiring Architectural Technician or similar with experience using CAD, looking to develop their skills in an exciting work environment that offer on the job training and a clear progression pathway all the way through to Directorship.
The Role:

• Designing and creating technical drawings for a diverse range of projects
• Developing skills in project management
• On the job training from Senior team members
• Clear progression opportunities

The Person:

• Aspiring Architectural technician
• Experience using CAD
• Commutable to Richmond, North Yorkshire
