Agenda Partnership are working on an excellent opportunity to join a Hertford based business as a Key Account Manager, on a permanent, full-time basis. The client provides a range of services covering print and promotional, merchandise and software solutions. With a strong existing portfolio, they are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to work with their clients, particularly within the charity sector to offer continued support and account growth opportunities.
Day to day, you will help grow the business by developing and nurturing productive, long-term relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and promoting the benefits of their products and services, managing the process of order to delivery. If you have proven experience working with the Charity sector - this would be a huge advantage.
About You
- Proven experience of Key Account Management - sector isn’t important but evidence of supporting Key Accounts is.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license - this role will include face to face client interactions
As the Key Account Manager, your role will involve:
- Developing and nurturing productive, long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
- Working with internal teams to provide commercial and technical support across their range of products
- Report on order fulfilment and stocks takes - liaise with production team who will carry out stock and fulfilment tasks
- Manage end of month invoicing and other issues relating to financial operation of the contract
