The EMEALA Pharma team is responsible for the development of sales opportunities, and enabling high-value connections between our Pharmaceutical clients and Health Care Professionals via our trusted content solutions in both print and digital channels. Our product portfolio includes advertising, reprints, online educational content and platforms, conference material and STM journal sponsored content. The EMEALA team is highly collaborative and driven, to effectively support our customers that are core to our business.
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying and developing Pharma accounts, oversee client relationships, drive sales, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Ensure satisfaction, provide strategic advice, and maximize profitability for long-term partnerships and market expansion.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with key decision makers at client organizations.
- Managing client communication and expectations as the main contact point throughout the relationship.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
- Possess extensive expertise in sales and account management.
- Have a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Have experience managing large, complex accounts and navigating organizational structures.
- Ideally, experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Healthcare Industry (Agencies, Life Science experience) - servicing the Pharmaceutical Sector.
