The Key Account Manager will work within the Active Spaces Team, based on-site at the office where our Key Client and other Key Stakeholders are based in the heart of Canary Wharf.
You’ll be responsible for managing the overall performance and strategic direction of the Active Spaces and Wellbeing Programmes within our Clients organisation, accountable for its delivery and evaluation, as well as developing future activity programmes in line with client needs, working closely with our Key Client and other internal and external partners.

About the role
- Work collaboratively across our Wellbeing businesses to ensure that client, partner and commercial objectives are achieved/exceeded.
- Work closely with both internal and external key stakeholders to ensure that joint business plans are developed, agreed, delivered and evaluated in line with current and future client needs.
- Provide effective and visible leadership to structure, manage, develop and motivate the onsite teams, to ensure that individual and team objectives are met.
- Work closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business (including HR, finance, IT, propositions, marketing, CSR) and external stakeholders (including suppliers, contractors, specialists) to deliver and develop a best-in-class Wellbeing proposition across the client estate.
- Provide regular reporting summarising current and forecast performance levels across a range of metrics for the client, as well as progress on the programme roadmap.
- Uphold our value of being evidence-based by using data and information by being aware of, and following, all company procedures and guidelines. Ensure all documented policies and procedures within responsibility are maintained in accordance with company requirements.
- Seeks to enhance the experience for our customers and colleagues by complying with all relevant legislative requirements, including financial services regulations, employment law, Data Protection and Health and Safety.
About you:
Education and Qualifications
- Degree level educated.
Experience
- Commercial awareness and proven track record of achieving targets.
- A strong fitness background with significant management experience working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
- Experience in delivering operational change and team engagement.
Skills
- Strategic and innovative thinker with a passion for business development.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work including advanced IT skills and being comfortable analysing and presenting data.
- Ability to identify and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
