A National property company in South Oxfordshire is looking for a Property Sales Executive to be responsible for all aspects of Property Sales from initial market appraisal through to sales completion. You need to offer a responsive and high-quality service to all existing properties nationally, working closely with the team of managers.
The position takes on the following key roles and responsibilities:
- To respond to all requests for market appraisals in a timely manner. Ensuring that potential clients are aware of the full services on offer and presenting the benefits of
as an alternative to a high street agent.
- To ensure that property values are maintained and improved to meet the strategic objectives offering advice and guidance to vendors as required.
- To negotiate agency fee levels within parameters agreed with the Head of Property.
- To issue appropriate terms and conditions and to proactively follow up with potential vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of all marketing materials to the satisfaction of the client.
- Conducting viewings when necessary, on new and existing estates, with prospective purchasers liaising with estate managers on the outcomes of all property viewings and offering timely feedback to vendors to maintain positive relationships.
- To support all initiatives and activities designed to promote the Property brand and
maximise the sales potential of all properties.
- To coach and support local estate managers to offer the best possible service to vendors and potential purchasers during property viewings, regularly visiting estates and ensuring that the individual properties and the estates retain their aspirational appeal.
- To oversee all activities related to the marketing and sale of individual properties, following up on all incoming leads and enquiries. Being responsible for vendor liaison and keeping in regular contact with all parties.
- Receiving, communicating, and negotiating all sales offers to the satisfaction of all parties.
You must be able to demonstrate a successful history of selling high quality homes creating excitement amongst potential purchasers and ensuring the properties are considered aspirational places to live.
You need to have exceptional communication skills and foster a good and supportive working relationship whilst maintaining professionalism.
You need to manage, dissolve conflict, and maintain strict confidentiality and be an excellent listener.
This role is hybrid working, incorporating working from home with regular attendance at Head Office in South Oxfordshire and new and existing sites.
Salary offered is £28 - £32k, paid mileage, life assurance and company pension and excellent working environment in the Office with the team, home working and field-based visits to company sites. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm based in Oxfordshire.
