We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a primary school in Bradford. This part-time role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about making a significant impact on the lives of young students and wishes to be part of a committed teaching team.
Day to Day of the role:- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 6 pupils, ensuring high levels of student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Implement SATS boosters and interventions to support pupils in their preparation for assessments.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to both students and their parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adhere to school policies and curriculum guidelines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
- Participate in school-wide events and meetings as required, contributing to the broader school community.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a KS2 classroom.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Education.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to the education and wellbeing of young children.
