KS2 Primary Teacher - Maternity cover role for 2024/25 academic year - MPS/UPS (GBP155 to GBP225 per day) - Role suitable for experienced teachers and ECT's - 2 form entry 'Good' Ofsted School - Baldock, Herts - 2 days per week (days to be agreed)

Are you looking for a long-term post starting on September at a lovely School located in popular Baldock on a part-time basis?

An experienced Key Stage 2 primary teacher or a vibrant ECT is sought for a part-time opportunity at a two-form entry primary school for the whole of the 2024/24 academic year? The school is rated 'Good' by Ofsted, with well-behaved students and engaged parents who are invested in their children's learning.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 or has had placements in KS2
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• A passion for teaching and a dedication to student success
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Happy to commit to 2 days per week for the whole academic year

The successful candidate will be teaching a KS2 class (year group is flexible) of 30 well-behaved students, with the support of an experienced teaching assistant. The classroom is large and bright, designed to create an optimal learning environment.
