AddressRoche Health Care are looking to recruit a Part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at our Mansion House Care Home in Drax, Selby
Salary: £10.42
Hours: 10.5hrs per week - 2.30-6.00pm (alternate weekends)
We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.

To prepare, cook and serve quality meals and refreshments for all service users within the care home, making sure that all specialist diets are catered for. Maintain documentation of all food ordered and served within realms of service user choice. Monitor and help to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and store areas along with all equipment.
To hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate which is current and up to date. Experienced in working in an environment of older people is preferred but not essential. Must be able to provide evidence of high level commitment to personal development, training and education.
To have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment. Have an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. To be able to work as part of the team. To have excellent organisational skills is essential.
