Kitchen Assistant

About the role
To help the kitchen staff prepare meals for the bistro and for DCC. To clean pots throughout the day. Maintain a high level of cleanliness including Mopping and sweeping the kitchen floors, Cleaning and wiping down the walls. Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes and cutting boards in the respective places.

- Have experience in working in a busy bar and/ or restaurant environment, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of standard and cleanliness
