WHAT DO I NEED? You'll... Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business. You may be currently working as a commercial catering manager, school Kitchen Manager, care home head chef or the manager of an independent business or equivalent. Be able to drive, in order to support business in your district whilst training. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Across your 6 months of training, we will give you the tools to become a Kitchen Manager who will Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of. Be driven to smash your targets with your team. Manage food ordering, food preparation and stock control. Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
