St. Margaret’s C of E Junior School is a very popular and thriving three-form entry junior school in Whitnash, near Leamington Spa. Since September 2016 we have been federated with Briar Hill Infant School which is on the same site. Our Federation is a vibrant place to be, where staff enjoy working as part of a highly ambitious team. As a Class Teacher at our school, you will have all the benefits of collaborating and planning with your team. We share a broad and balanced bespoke curriculum with Briar Hill and our Subject Leads work closely with colleagues at Briar Hill.

We are looking for: an excellent KS2 teacher with a passion for child-centred learning; someone with enthusiasm and high expectations for our children; someone who can inspire and motivate others; someone who engages all children with a range of active learning strategies; someone who can bring something fresh to our Federation team; someone who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting school events.

There is the possibility for a person with the skill set and desire to work 4 days per week, with 2 of the days being at our federated infant school, Briar Hill. This is an option you may wish to consider.
