The main focus of the role is leadership development where you will design, implement and deliver leadership programmes at various levels.

Description
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and not be afraid to push back
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Carryout learning needs analysis
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
- Work closely with the existing and developing business Apprenticeship scheme
Profile
A successful L & D Specialist should have:
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Background in HR and passion for Learning & Development
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
