Calling all L3 Technical Operators: We need you to join our amazing multi-disciplined shift team and help us produce everyone's favorite beans, soups, and pastas. Think **Optimizing Equipment ⚙️, Maxing Out Production , and Top-Quality Eats **—that's your mission!
What are your responsibilities?
- Autonomously complete change-overs,
- Identify machine defects down to component level,
- Write OPL’s and share learnings
- Repair simple defects / Replace parts
- Complete preventative maintenance
- Show true equipment ownership / implement improvements
- Drive problem solving on equipment down to root-cause
- Improve OEE
What do we want from you?
- FLT license preferred,
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred,
- Ability to multitask in a busy production environment,
- Technologically proficient,
- Great teamwork and communication skills,
- Previous history of driving continuous improvement.
