Part time L&D Specialist up GBP60K FTE Hybrid Tunbridge Wells
Are you a Learning & Development Specialist looking for a part-time opportunity in a leading law firm? Do you have the skills and experience to design and deliver engaging learning programmes that support the firm's strategy and values?
We are looking for a part-time Learning & Development Specialist to join our clients HR team and work closely with the HR Director. You will be responsible for identifying the learning needs of the firms employees, developing, and managing a variety of learning solutions, and creating a culture of continuous development. This is a part-time role, with flexible hours between 21 and 24.5 hours per week.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Specialist expertise in Learning & Development work, with at least 3 years' experience in the professional services sector, preferably legal services.
- Experience in developing and delivering training, setting up coaching and mentoring programmes, and applying learning technology.
- Familiarity with different learning methods and technologies, and insight into learning psychology.
- A wide network of L&D contacts and suppliers, and the ability to facilitate and interpret psychometric tests and design assessment centre activities (desirable).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to assimilate and analyse large amounts of information, with great attention to detail, problem solve and be creative to deliver bespoke solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities, and self-discipline and motivation.
