As an Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing concepts through to completion on every part of the manufacturing process. You will manage product refreshes, maintain CAD models, and ensure compliance with safety and directives. You will also create specifications, visit manufacturing partner sites, conduct tests, and provide support as needed.

This role would suit a Design Engineer with a background in the automotive industry or similar, looking for a great opportunity to become a go-to technical specialist within a company that will progress and develop your career.

THE ROLE:

* Design and Development: Responsible for designing and developing motorcycle components or packages, ensuring adherence to specifications and processes.
* Technical Expertise: Apply technical skills to consider material, manufacturing, tolerances, and other design factors, while also documenting work, performing analysis, and contributing to process improvement efforts.
* Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate across the supply chain, work with interdisciplinary teams, and liaise with stylists and suppliers when necessary.

* Experience working from concept to completion / Full Lifecycle
* Background in Automotive sector or similar
