About The Team
The Marketing & Promotion Investment Finance team, which sits within the wider Channel and Commercial Finance team, plays a pivotal role in business partnering our Chief Commercial Officer, global business leaders across commercial, procurement, business units and regional teams in analysing performance and providing insightful analysis to support and drive key business decisions.
About The Role
This is an exciting role supporting our Finance Manager for Global Marketing & Promotion Investment; working with senior stakeholders across our business to deliver performance review packs for Exco and senior leaders, providing financial analysis and insights into marketing investments which aim at maximising ROI and driving efficiencies across marketing.
As well as partnering the Group Commercial team you will also support regional and market finance teams acting as a centre of excellence through driving the use and development of tools and methodology, identifying and sharing of best practice, and utilising your network to champion capabilities development and training.
About You
You will:
- Be a qualified Accountant, with some relevant work experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Have an excellent analytical ability – comfortable assimilating and interpreting data and information to draw out meaningful insight and conclusions, and capable of using this to influence decision making
- Be both competent and confident when presenting information, in particular when presenting financial information to senior non-finance stakeholders. Written communication style is clear and concise
- Have a flexible and pragmatic in approach; balances areas requiring focus with recognition of the importance of avoiding unnecessary delays to progress
- Have an engaging approach, and be a natural problem solver with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues; be a team player and a proven business partner
- Be naturally curious and inquisitive, being proactive with new ideas and thinking
- Be proficient in the MS Office suite; and demonstrate willingness to learn OneStream and SAP ERP
