Up to 22,308 pa/pro rata ( 11 per hour) plus commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Generation Co-ordinator to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll, to add value to the customer experience and support key teams.

Responsibilities include;

• Co-ordinate and attend community and corporate events to build rapport and promote Bushey Grove Leisure Centre
• Plan and deliver weekly in reach activities across the facility to generate new sales leads.
• Obtain leads through various creative methods to give to the onsite sales team.
• Support the sales team with touring and processing sales in line with the sales process as and when required to help achieve the monthly sales targets.

What we are looking for;

• Someone who is self-driven, organised and has the confidence and inspiration to listen to, engage and motivate customers to improve their lifestyle.
• Someone who is friendly, passionate, and able to communicate clearly and confidently with infectious energy levels.
• he ability to work a flexible working pattern with some evening and weekend hours when required.
• Experience in customer service and a passion for working to targets.
