We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual to work for our busy and well-established client based near Ware. The role includes lead generation by contacting existing, lapsed and new clients to book appointments for Key Account Managers.
The position is a temporary position initially with a view to permanent and our client is flexible with the working hours, so would consider either 9am - 4pm or 9.30am - 2.30pm (negotiable), 2 days per week.
This role involves a high level of outbound calls so candidates must be self-motivated and willing to work within a target driven environment.
This role offers an hourly rate £11.44 - £13.00 per hour. Due to our client’s location, candidates must have their own mode of transport due to limited public transport.
Duties include:
- Marketing of products to new and prospective clients
- Generating leads and passing client details onto Key Account Managers for follow up calls
- Using social media as a platform to engage with new leads
- Contacting lapsed clients to re-engage communication and increase spend
- Telemarketing duties (mainly telephone)
- Reporting findings and figures to Directors
- Building relationships with new clients
- Updating internal systems
- Sending correspondence and marketing materials when required
Skills/Experience
- Highly motivated individual who has willing to or has experience of high-volume outbound lead generating
- Cold calling/lead generation experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills essential
- Ability to work within a highly driven environment
- IT skills
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work on own initiative
